Lawsuit Update
Announcements Dear Grand Reserve Owners:

Many of you are aware that the Grand Reserve Condominium Association, Inc. is currently engaged in a large multi-party class action to recover for repairs and expenses incurred due to various construction and conversion issues. The entire court file is public record and can be viewed at the Duval County Courthouse located on Bay Street or online at www.coj.net. The judge assigned to the class action will soon be entering an order establishing various deadlines in the case and our litigation team is working hard to push the case to conclusion. As with many complex cases, the scheduling of all parties’ and court calendars has proven to be difficult. The Grand Reserve will continue to keep the owners advised of the progress of the case. The defendants are doing everything possible to delay the process in order to postpone their payment(s) and to try and break us. We have to stay the course and maintain our resolve. We will succeed!

VP Board of Directors
